Welcome to the Severn Foundation School website.  Through this, the School will keep potential and current trainees up to date about recruitment, training, courses/events and other key information.  Please check back on a regular basis to make sure you are fully up-to-date.

Getting Started

The site is divided into different areas, shown in the menu to the left of this page.  Most areas are designed to be freely accessible to all.  Others are more specific to individual groups and will require you to login (see section for Current Trainees, below).

Red text indicates weblinks, either to pages within the Foundation School website, or to external websites.

If you are new to the foundation programme, or to Severn, you will find information about the Severn Foundation School Trusts and hospitals here, whilst information about the geographical area covered by the Deanery can be accessed here.

Current Trainees

Every trainee in the School is required to create a user account and password for this website.
Instructions for creating your user account will be emailed to you shortly.

As part of the account setup process, you will asked to provide a contact email address and telephone number; these will be the school's primary media for communication with you.  It is very important that you keep these details up-to-date during your training.

In the coming months, the Professional Networking pages will provide you with the tools to communicate with your colleagues and to feedback to the school.
