Congratulations on your allocation to the Severn Foundation School, for Foundation Programmes beginning August 2009.
The next stage in the process is to identify your programme preferences via the online application system at www.foundationprogramme.nhs.uk. All Severn programmes detailed on the national application system are available as a Programme List for ease of reference. Trust Profiles for the acute Trusts are available.
For details of Severn Foundation School’s F1 and F2 programmes, please see our Programme List. PLEASE NOTE: Following a Dept of Health directive, Severn – along with all other Foundation Schools in England – has removed 6 programmes, reducing our total number of vacancies to 262 (excluding Academic FPs). All applicants should have received an email from the UKFPO explaining the background to this directive. Severn has removed the following programmes:
Prog No 8 (Gloucestershire/RUH Bath) Prog No 91 (North Bristol/Gloucestershire) Prog No 126 (RUH Bath/Yeovil) Prog No 166 (Swindon/North Bristol) Prog No 186 (Taunton/North Bristol) Prog No 219 (UH Bristol/Weston)
Our Programme List has been amended accordingly.
You will be allocated to programmes based on highest score to highest available preference. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO RANK ALL 262 PROGRAMMES IN ORDER OF PREFERENCE BY MONDAY 9 FEBRUARY 2009. If you have not ranked your preferences by this time, you will be randomly allocated to a programme.
A Histogram of application scores is available.
